Delivery policy
It is the policy of SAPERE that items will be despatched by post of by courier as soon as possible after payment has been received. In the event of non-delivery please wait for seven days before contacting the SAPERE office.
Returns policy
If an item purchased from SAPERE is found to be damaged or defective, the purchaser should contact SAPERE as soon as possible, either by telephone on 01865 81184 or by email at admin@sapere.org.uk. The item should be returned to SAPERE within 14 days from the date of purchase. A replacement item or full refund will be issued at SAPERE’S discretion.
