Biography
Paul currently runs his own company working with schools, parents and community groups across the Northeast supporting the development of thinking, questioning, and self-belief in teams and individuals.
In a former life Paul has been a Merchant Navy officer, Industrial Training officer, Development Trainer, Teacher, Deputy Head, and Principal of a small Outdoor school in Denmark and latterly an N-RAIS * Consultant. Paul brings an interesting blend into his work both from a variety of education and training backgrounds and from his other main interest as a Coach.
Paul is a Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, P4C Trainer and holds an advanced coaching Diploma from the Coaching Academy UK. He is a graduate from the “Mastery University” and Leadership programme with the Robbins Foundation and is an Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner. His ‘Out-SMART’ programme marries thinking, appreciation, and dialogue with an active approach to cooperative learning. Coaching Kayaking takes a back seat these days! He is happily married, has two teenage daughters, and two border collies.
