New Resource - Thinking Adventures

Funded by the Scottish Executive, Catherine McCall has just finished a new book for 11 - 14 year olds called THINKING ADVENTURES. Teachers are using the book in East Renfrewshire , and teacher training begins in April 2006. There will also be a Teachers Guide. East Renfrewshire was judged by the HMI’s to be the best local education authority in Scotland in 2005, and leads the way for education in Scotland.
The programme will be available to all Scottish schools in Nov 2006.
The Scottish Executive Education have agreed that THINKING ADVENTURES will be available to down load free from their site at the end of the project.
